About Jennifer

ARNP-C, FAAMM, and ABAAHP

Jennifer grew up in Longmont, Colorado, then left for the East Coast. She completed a B.A. at Middlebury College in Vermont. Although always planning a career in healthcare, she majored in Classical Greek Studies which fed the philosophical/spiritual perspective with which she experiences life. She has been a primary care practitioner for over 30 years, graduating from University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Master of Science in Nursing, and is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  In 2020, she completed a Fellowship in Anti-aging Metabolic Medicine and is Board Certified under the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners through the Metabolic Medical Institute based in

Florida. She has lived around the country and the world at different phases of her life, but she has always come home to Colorado. Living here has all the beauty of the mountains and the weather that encourages skiing and hiking and playing outdoors in the sunshine which she enjoys whenever possible. She enjoys friends and family here and has 3 children who are actively “adulting” in their own uniques ways. She is grateful for their role in her life and learning.

Jennifer’s passion is to encourage a healing dynamic with her patients that serves to promote their personal health and to enhance their vitality and well-being. She works collaboratively with her patients listening for and identifying the underlying messages in physical and emotional symptoms in order to facilitate fundamental and lasting transformation. She utilizes selective labs and imaging, both conventional and functional, to aid in assessment.  With each patient, she works to co-create a personalized plan of care appropriate for optimal healing potential.  Jennifer has expertise in addressing the health of the microbiome of the gut, as well as HPA axis (adrenal), thyroid, metabolic, and sex hormone imbalances.  She has a special interest in Women’s health, but enjoys working with families-women, men, and children/adolescents ages 10 and above.
